More or less any condition is fine, although most of my 1969s are pretty nice. This page last updated November 14, 2008.
I am probably going to re-add most or all of the Topps, Fleer, and Philadelphia sets 1961-67 at some point here. I'm interested in picking up starter lots for most of those sets, especially if I can get them in exchange for some of the crap I have sitting around.
High priority sets are 1960, 1968, and 1969 Topps.
